Produced by our master coffee-makers applying artisan roasting and maceration methods. One of its outstanding features is the main ingredient used: Arabica 100% coffee for Cerol, Sancho, Olcina and Café de Feta and gourmet coffees for Cerol Gourmet. Unlike other manufacturers of coffee aperitifs or coffee liqueurs, the coffee beans used arrive at our facility in their raw state and we slow roast them ourselves in the traditional way. This enables us to bring out all the aroma and flavour of this spirit drink. Once the beans have been roasted, they are macerated with high quality alcohol in tanks specially prepared for holding and preparing the product prior to bottling.
