The production process for Decaffeinated Feta Coffee begins with the natural roasting and subsequent maceration of different varieties of Arabica coffee in neutral alcohol. This maceration typically lasts about ten days, resulting in an alcohol content of 14%, yielding an excellent and very smooth, yet decaffeinated, coffee liqueur.
