Gin EVER is a singular and unique gin. The spirit of Gin EVER is composed of 10 botanicals specially chosen for their quality and distinctiveness. The mountains of Alicante have historically been abundant in botanical species, and from here Gin EVER draws its own particular variety of juniper, rosemary, and spearmint. These are joined by sweet orange peel and lemon peel, creating a blend of local products complemented by other ingredients of undeniable quality, such as cardamom from India, coriander from Morocco, angelica, and mint. Produced entirely by hand, Gin EVER is distilled in a traditional copper still using a three-stage grain distillation process. The first stage includes only some of the elements that give the product its character. The second stage imparts Gin EVER’s characteristic smoothness, while the third stage captures only the heart of the spirit. As a result of this careful and traditional production process, Gin EVER was awarded the Gold Medal at the CINVE International Competition in 2012 and 2013, an international competition whose jury is composed of experts from 30 countries.
Tasting Notes: With its brilliant and crystalline appearance, Gin EVER captivates the senses the moment it reaches the glass. On the nose, the aromas characteristic of the natural park are finely orchestrated by the distinctive juniper, which gives way to the soft aromatic notes of native plants and Mediterranean citrus fruits. On the palate, it is clean and very smooth, harmonious and tremendously intense. All the elements that stand out on the nose become a consistent and well-structured blend where rosemary complements the aromatic aspects of the product.

Its aroma shines when combined with slightly spiced tonics such as Schweppes Pepper, Fever Tree, or 1724, creating a unique Gin and Tonic that will delight even the most discerning palates.
