La absenta Serpis, elaborada según la fórmula tradicional, está considerada como una de las más complejas del mercado, destacando su color rojo intenso y su fuerte sabor. La absenta Serpis es un producto de calidad y con un elaborado proceso de destilación. No sé sabe exactamente el origen de la absenta, pero fue muy popular en los círculos culturales y artísticos del siglo XIX, llegando a ser una bebida muy apreciada.

Serpis Classic 55º absinthe is made to the old formula and contains a high quantity of thujone (an active ingredient of wormwood). It has an intense, complex flavour and can be consumed straight, with water and with crushed iced drinks, although the traditional ritual involving a slotted metal spoon and sugar is probably the most authentic way of enjoying it.

Serpis Dry 55 absinthe is a special variety of the Serpis range of absinthes. It is made without anise, which results in a stronger flavour of distilled wormwood.
